I'm a writer from Toronto and I've been recording stories for most of my life. My work as a freelancer began in 2006 when I started writing music and book reviews for a series of (now defunct) zines.  My musings on Canadian politics, freelance writing, indie music and popular culture can be found on various websites - from Quietcolor, to FeministReview, to my very own blog .  Writing has always been my passion and I am grateful for your continued support.

My interests are varied but the bulk of my writing is rooted in feminist ideals. It is my mission to debunk the myths that surround men and women (I'm particularly interested in the societal expectations that are placed on people) and I attempt to offer "out of the box" solutions to balancing work and life.
